Frequently Asked Questions

Based in Acton, W3, most of our customers are based in West London; Acton and the surrounding areas (eg Chiswick, Ealing, Shephards Bush, Hammersmith). However, we have travelled to North, South and Central London. If you have a project in mind and think we may be a good match for you, please do give us a call on 07805 360 007. 

Usually, we will need to visit a home in order to offer a quote or estimate. 

During our visit we will listen to you explain what you would like to do, talk through the project and assess the space.  

From there, we can usually offer a quote or estimate within 1-2 weeks depending on the scale of the work and our schedule at that time. You will be sent a PDF document detailing the elements of work that are included as well as a breakdown of the costs for you to see. 

Following this, if you have any questions  or wish to make changes to suit your budget we are very happy to do so. 

Once a quote or estimate has been accepted and a customer wishes to move forward and book the work a deposit will usually be required as dates are agreed and confirmed. For larger projects, a payment plan may be arranged. 

Yes. Crafted Homes London Ltd has public liability policies in place to cover all aspects of its work by anyone working for the company.
